How long does it take for my art to arrive?

Creating Time: Generally 7-14 days

Shipping Time: Generally 5-7 days by YTU Express/DHL

Generally, you will receive your purchase in 10-14 days after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us at mmeng19800204@gmail.com to confirm the accurate time frame.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Return it for a FULL refund or get a replacement just as easy as you purchase it.

We want happy customers! For any reason, if you don't like the painting you received, you can return it in its original package and condition in 30 days on the receipt of it. Please contact: mmeng19800204@gmail.com

Damaged goods

For damaged item, please kindly contact YAYI within 30 days of the date it was received and will be exchanged for the same item. Please contact us at mmeng19800204@gmail.com if you would like to replace your item.

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

Absolutely! YAYI organizes and ensures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

Can I get artworks delivered to a different country or to a different person?

We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally, we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it’s a surprise or a present, let us know!
