2. Hand-Painted Oil Painting Disclaimer

All our oil paintings are hand-painted manually by artists. There may be subtle differences in brush strokes, color saturation, texture, and other details compared with the electronic images displayed on mobile phones, computers, and other screens. Such minor differences are inherent to handmade artwork and are not considered product quality defects. No free return, refund, or compensation will be provided solely due to such minor differences.

We will make every reasonable effort to reproduce the main tone, composition, and overall visual characteristics of the reference image.

3. Customer-Provided Materials

If a customer provides images, artwork, photographs, designs, or other materials for use in creating or customizing an artwork, the customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or authorization to use such materials.

YAYI HOME ARTS LIMITED reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if the requested artwork may infringe the rights of any third party or violate applicable laws or regulations.

4. Pricing, Taxes and Import Charges

All prices on our website are displayed in USD.

For orders shipped to the United States, YAYI HOME ARTS LIMITED covers applicable import duties and import taxes associated with the shipment.

For all destinations outside the United States, the customer or recipient is responsible for all applicable import duties, import taxes, customs fees, customs clearance charges, and any other fees or charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

These charges are separate from the product price and shipping charges paid to YAYI and are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.

5. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Because our artworks are hand-painted, artwork creation generally takes approximately 7 working days.

Before shipment, we may provide customers with real-time photos or videos of the completed artwork for confirmation. Customers may request reasonable adjustments to tone, color saturation, brushwork, or other custom details at no additional charge before shipment.

After customer approval, orders are normally shipped by international express carriers such as DHL or FedEx. Standard international delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 business days after artwork approval, subject to the destination, customs procedures, carrier conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

YAYI HOME ARTS LIMITED remains the merchant and seller responsible for customer orders. Certain orders may involve third-party production, fulfillment, or logistics service providers assisting with artwork production or order fulfillment. Such service providers are not the merchant or seller of the products purchased by customers through this website.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Eligible customers may request a return or refund subject to the conditions, time limits, and procedures stated in that policy.
