1. Platform Responsibility Separation

This website and online store are built and hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform. Shopify only provides technical website construction, payment collection and server storage services. All products, custom oil painting services, after-sales disputes, copyright issues of customer-provided drawing materials, and all transaction liabilities are solely undertaken by YAYI Hand-painted Oil Painting, and Shopify shall not bear any joint liability.

2. Hand-painted Oil Painting Disclaimer

All our oil paintings are hand-painted by artists manually. There may be subtle differences in brush strokes, color saturation and texture compared with the electronic pictures displayed on mobile phones, computers and other screens. Such minor differences are not regarded as product quality defects, and no free return or compensation will be provided for this reason. We will try our best to restore the main tone and composition of the reference picture. 

3. Custom Image Copyright Responsibility

When customers submit photos, portraits, celebrity pictures, brand logos, patterns and other materials for custom painting services, customers shall independently bear all intellectual property rights, portrait rights and legal risks of the submitted materials. Once any third party initiates copyright infringement claims, lawsuits, compensation requests or sends legal warning letters due to the customer’s unauthorized materials, all compensation, legal fees and losses shall be borne by the customer, and our store reserves the right to cancel relevant orders and refuse subsequent custom orders. 

4. Price & Specification Adjustment Right

 We reserve the right to adjust product prices, canvas sizes, painting styles and supporting accessories without prior notice. All prices displayed on the website do not include international tariffs, customs duties and local consumption taxes incurred by the destination country, which shall be borne by the customer.

5. Age Restriction

 Our products are only available for purchase by adults who have reached the age of majority in their region. Minors are prohibited from placing orders without the consent of their legal guardians.
