Our products may include hand-painted or handmade artworks. Because each artwork may be individually created or finished by hand, reasonable variations in brushwork, texture, color, composition, and other artistic details may occur.

These natural variations are not necessarily defects and may be part of the characteristics of a handmade or hand-painted artwork.

Custom Hand-Painted Artwork

For custom or personalized hand-painted artworks, the final artwork may not be an exact reproduction of a reference photograph or digital image.

Reasonable artistic interpretation, differences in brushwork, color, texture, proportions, and other visual details may occur.

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Custom Artwork Orders

Because custom hand-painted artworks are made specifically according to a customer’s requirements, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned solely because the customer changes their mind after production has started, except where required by applicable law.

If a package containing a custom artwork arrives damaged, you should contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs and a complete unboxing video showing the condition of the package and artwork.

For damage claims, we may require supporting evidence to determine whether the damage occurred during transportation or fulfilment.
